- At SPOTMEE, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

- f your appointment is at 3:00 PM on Friday, cancellation must be completed before 3:00 PM on Thursday to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this time are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.
